Network". Ova Yonda currently offers our visitors information on the finest in travel, recreation, vacationing, leisure time activities,
beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, public parks, scuba diving, festival and event centers.
Our primary focus is to locate and reserve lodging at one of
our 44,000 hotels, motels and resorts located throughout the globe.
Ova Yonda Travel Centre & Hotel Reservation Network encompasses in excess of
280,000+ files located across eleven separate servers, all fully interconnected and totally transparent to the site visitors.
We are utilized by by visitors from 126 countries, as of April 2005, as per our
server logs.
Ova Yonda Travel Centre is used by many school systems, from elementary, middle & high schools, (North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey,
New York
among many others), right up through universities such as Rutgers, Columbia, West Point, Cambridge, Harvard and others throughout the world, as a teaching aid and as a reference center,

We have become a focal point for military families with service members stationed at the area bases, and with the servicemen themselves, both coming to, and leaving from, the military installations in the area. We have been awarded from around the world with more than twenty awards for our “Ease of use”, “Site Design”, “Original Graphics”, “Family Friendly Content”, “Educational Resources” and “Creativity”. We currently reach a global audience of approximately 135,000+ visitors each month, (138,422 Unique IP addressed visitors in April 2005), many which return several times throughout the month, generating in excess of 45,000+ page views per day.
Servers - Sites - Offices - Personnel
During the first six months, we tried two separate hosting companies, neither of which was worth paper we were billed with. Now we are happily residing on our new server farm in Texas.
We are leasing several complete server clusters, including the domain name server, (DNS) for name resolution, and a full suite of mail servers. Not only do we have much more control over our site, but we are also in control of the whole shebang, with a single contact person to handle any or all problems that may be encountered.
We also have a internal network that has almost twice the bandwidth of all servers and sites combined. This helps speed access to all the sites that we host at this farm.
The Ova Yonda Travel Centre management offices are currently located in Mosheim, TN. Our Data centre is located within a private Network Operations Center (NOC) in Cedar Falls, Iowa. It is staffed by highly experienced Systems Administrators, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, hardware experts, network engineers and programmers. Our Systems are Administrated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with heavy-duty UPS (uninterrupted power) and AC systems..
